REPORT SEPTEMBER 2008

Dear Friends:

The work of BPM-Canada is expanding steadily! For this we are glad and give God the glory!

On September 28th I will take yet another journey to my beloved Philippines and hold meetings in Pampanga, Bulacan, San Pedro, Laguna and then fly to Cagayan.

In Cagayan we have purchased property and currently a hose is being built that will be the Headquarters for BPM-Philippines. Here our plan is to purchase printing equipment (some basic things are now purchased) and to print our books which are in demand all over the Philippine Republic. This will be the pivotal point of our Philippine Outreach.

Tentatively we have plans for Pastor’s School in Cagayan (Pagatpat) and in Ozamis City and Davao City. In October I will take part in a wedding in Harip and minister there (Surigao del Sur). In December I plan to be with Pastor Faraon R. Diola and the Landmark Baptist Church-Mabua.

We will meet with the LBA (Academy) Committee in Cagayan to further expand and improve the ministry of the academy and reaching children with a Christian education which in turn reaches their families for Christ and the church.

In our office in the Cagayan (I will remain in the Philippines from September 30-April 16th) I will continue my writing ministry, sending out our daily “Sentence Sermons for TODAY” as well as our weekly outlines and online counseling with pastors. We have a very good team of workers in Cagayan de Oro City for which we praise God. We will introduce them in our next report-but you can see much of the work in Cagayan de Oro City on the Web Page of our Web Site. (Go to the home page for BPM and you can get links to all 8 pages!)

Friends we are in dire need of your prayers, of course for me and my family, but also for the entire work in the Philippines as well as those who hold the fort in Toronto. This is a faith ministry and we are dependent upon the faithful prayers and gifts of the Lord’s people and churches everywhere.

Please, if possible can you make BPM a part of your mission giving? Our slogan has always been and remains, “REACHING FILIPINOS TO REACH THE PHILIPPINES FOR CHRIST”.

But the Philippines is not all of our work- we also support the ministry of Stanislav & Nina Poshtar in Cherkassy, Ukraine. The work there is new but is showing signs of growth. The financial needs there are great as the cost of living in the Ukraine has spiraled considerably. Meet the Poshtar’s on their Web Page of our Web Site. Please pray for them and their work (Independent Baptist Church.)

My wife Remi will be looking after the finances of both BPM and LBC-Toronto. She will be responsible under Elder Pamboitiz Besa to see to it that designated funds for missions is sent out at the end of each month. Churches and individuals who send money for various mission endeavors should try to send it so that we can receive it in Toronto and process the checks by the end of the month. (Otherwise a gift may be left over to the next month.)

We have recently had to purchase a new printer for our office in Toronto. We bought (and shipped) a printer to the Philippine Office; and I expect to pick up a Laptop computer from Reboot Canada within the next couple of days. This I will use in my work in the Philippines.

In closing- please remember to pray and support this work. Pray for the growing number of co-workers, for my associate Bro. Pamboitiz Besa, and for my family.

Please keep in touch but please pray!

Yours by Grace alone,

Bro. Tuck Sr.

PS- In our next report I will introduce you to our workers in the Philippines as well as some key pastors who endorse the work of BPM. – DPTSr.
