REPORT March 11, 2008

Dear Friends and Supporters,

As I told you in a brief report sent out earlier today, we are back in the USA. And it is good to be home. We had a good year in school and in visiting the churches. We had three things that happened that caused us to miss some school.

Bro. Anond had an attack of appendicitis. On a Tuesday as were were about to break for lunch, I looked over and he was been over leaning on the stand that he uses as a pulpit when he translates for me. I asked him what was wrong and he said he was hurting real badly. I told him to tell the students we would not have school that afternoon and he should go to the hospital. We did and they told him he must have immediate surgery for appendicitis. He had it the next morning and was off from school two weeks. I used the time to work on lessons that I had in rough outline form but had not fully developed.

About a week after he got back, I got the crud—similar to the flu that was apparently going on around the world. I missed three days of school with that.

Then, a couple of weeks later Bro. Anond’s blood pressure went high—189 over 120—and the doctor put him in the hospital for two more days.

After that, things leveled out and we missed no more school. We had a very good year. I need to get my pictures organized so that I can send some out to you in the near future. But, as school came down to a close, I just did not have time to choose pictures to send. I just saved them and have to sort through them for the best to send.

Beginning March 19, 2008, I will begin visiting churches preaching in Bible Conference, churches that want to hear about the work, etc. On the 19^th I will fly to California to be with Bro. Dewayne Harris and the Alisal Baptist Church in their annual Bible Conference. I will then be speaking in churches on Saturday night, Sunday, and Wednesday evening. I will then fly back home. I will send out a schedule of other appointments—I already have several—so that others who would like to hear of the work can contact me to set a date for me to be with their churches. Some have indicated they want me to come but we have not set a date.

I realize this report has been short but I will try to get another out soon bringing you up to date on the state of the work.
