REACHING KIDS- IS REACHING FAMILIES
These young ladies assisted in the distribution of flyers - You can see that the roof is now on the classroom building that will house 2 classes. As you can see-the registration has begun and yet there is still much work to be done in preparation for opening day- June 15th 2008. Funds are still needed for building - for desks, charis, chalk boards and for the cirriculum. The church ladies have made uniforms for the students. Books are still needed for the school library.
In the photos below you can see that the building is nearly completed with funds sent from LBC-Toronto.
I urge other churches to help us with books and offerings for students to be able to obtain a sound Christian education. This school is located on the property of Pagatpat Baptist Church-Cagayan de Oro City.

Our God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ!

Jesus said, “Without me you can do nothing”

We know this from our own labors to begin this school called Landmark Baptist Academy .

We first of all give thanks to YOU our God for the way in which you have supplied our needs and paved the way for the existence of this school.

We give all honor and glory to YOU oh Lord!

We ask you to bless those who have given even sacrificially so that we might have this school here in Pagatpat, Cagayan de Oro City.

We ask that you receive our thanks for each worker and supporter of this school, especially for Sister Nathalie Bannier from whose idea this school came into existence.

And now oh Lord Jesus – as we begin the first day of classes and seek to learn and receive a Christian education, based upon Biblical principles we ask for your continued blessing!

Indeed, without you we can do nothing!

Lord bless and continue to use the pastors, the teachers, the LBA Committee so that this school will grow, not just numerically, but spiritually.

We give thanks for those in Canada that helped us! We give thanks for Pastor’s Damasing, Salagoste and Gayla! We give thanks for Sister Charlyn Veras and all of the women who worked with her! We give thanks for the Pagatpat Baptist Church ! Most of all we give thanks to Jesus Christ who loves us, died for us, and that you our God will continue to lead, to bless and to be with our school.

We give thanks for the freedom in our beautiful country – freedom to have this school and to stand for the precepts of the Bible, the Word of God.

Beginning today, students will study to be the leaders of our nation and churches of tomorrow. Grant Oh Lord your Spirit to bless and to empower all of us to serve you.

For this we pray and dedicate our school to the name and cause of Jesus Christ !

We ask these things in the name which is above every name – the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Lot was purchased for $1,700.00 Canadian funds
This is within walking distance of PBC Church and Landmark Baptist Academy
100 Square meters-this is where we will build this July 2008- Help us if you want to share the vision. Please Pray!
Watch this page for further development of our outreach program for both LBA and BPM - We need help with printing equipment to print our books and other literature for use throughout the Philippines in the years to come-should the Lord tarry his coming! Write us if you wish more information.

Beautiful children receive a Christian Education- many can hardly afford the tuition and we need to subsidize it to meet expenses each month.
Canadian dollars helped to provide 2 classrooms just like this one- please help us keep this school going!!!!!!!    (Teacher is Gennie Gayla)
